| The Planning & Development Department is the Executing Agency (EA) of this Investment Program. Program Support Unit (PSU) is implementing this program with overall responsibility for the Investment Program including: |

- Promote urban and related sector reforms as agreed in the urban sector road map and design monitoring framework;
- Support rollout of the Urban Services Corporation model to new town clusters;
- Assume responsibility for the preparation of the periodic financing request;
- Facilitate interdepartmental and provincial coordination;
- Carry out program monitoring and evaluation through the investment program performance monitoring system (IPPMS);
- Prepare quarterly and annual progress reports;
- Ensure the social and environmental safeguards
- Engage an independent verifier to assess USC and TMA compliance with Investment Program-related agreements.
