  "Sindh Cities Improvement Program"  
 



is a Government of Sindh and Asian Development Bank (ADB) $400 million program which aims to improve the urban infrastructure & services, urban environment, public health and create economic opportunities for the residents of Sindh Province through an integrated program of reforms and investments so as to improve urban services delivery. The SCIP Investment Program seeks to improve the quality, coverage and reliability of water supply, wastewater management and solid waste management (SWM) services for an estimated 4-5 million residents in participating secondary cities in Sindh Province, initially.

  Urban Services Corporations will aggregate participating TMA's Water supply, Waste Water and Solid Waste Management operation in a single institution to leverage economies of scale, introduce new skills and management, and increase focus on operations, maintenance and financial management.
